The Monitor Technician, under the direction and supervision of the Director, is responsible for performing cardiac monitor observation duties
*Complies with PENN HIGHLANDS DUBOIS policies and procedures, accreditation agency requirements, and federal, state, and local law and regulations
*Demonstrates competency in Monitor Technician role as evidenced by but not limited to:
*Demonstrates competency in Unit Secretary role as evidenced by but not limited to:
*Participates in the development of new staff as evidenced by but not limited to:
*Demonstrates personal accountability as evidenced by but not limited to:
*Maintains Healthcare Provider (CPR) certification
