     The System Analyst will be responsible for improving, automating, and integrating systems across the entire enterprise, including physician offices.

    Responsibilities

    * Complies with PENN HIGHLANDS DUBOIS  polices and procedures, with accreditation agency requirements, federal, state, or local law and regulations.

    • Maintain current knowledge of industry standards.
    • Competence with applications supported.
    • Develop and document all system designs and processes.
    • Successfully manage project implementation teams as assigned.
    • Configure software to meet organizational and user needs.
    • Ensure adequate service, support, and end user training for all assigned systems.
    • Cross-train co-workers on assigned systems as applicable.
    • Provide tier two support for Help Desk staff for assigned applications.
    • Primary liaison to vendor for software, database, and application issues.
    • Maintain documentation of version control for applications as assigned.
    • Other duties as directed.

    Qualifications

     

    • Bachelor degree in Computer Science/Information Systems or related field.
    • One year work experience in Information Technology required.
    • Flexible work hours and ability/willingness to be on-call as needed required.
    • Detail oriented, with strong customer service and analytical skills required.
    • Must possess thorough knowledge of Project Management, data flow design and report writing.
    • Must possess working knowledge of system programming, database development, and database administration.
    • AT, NT CERTIFICATION TO VALIDATE KNOWLEDGE AND COMPETENCY WITHIN 1 YEAR OF HIRE
